Interview with Chea Sakhan, former cadre at Lumchang subdistrict, currently living at Lumchang subdistrict, Samrong district, Takeo province. Sakhan said that during Khmer Rouge Regime, before Angkar detained or killed people, chief of unit reported to chief of subdistrict, chief of subdistrict, reported to chief of spy to arrest them.
សម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយ ជា សាខន អតីតកម្មាភិបាលឃុំលំចង់ សព្វថ្ងៃរស់ នៅឃុំលំចង់ ស្រុកសំរោង ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ សាខន បាននិយាយថា នៅក្នុងសម័យខ្មែរក្រហម មុនពេលដែលអង្គការចាប់មនុស្សយកទៅ ឃុំឃាំង ឬយកទៅសម្លាប់ គឺដឹងពីប្រធានកងរាយការណ៍ទៅគណៈឃុំៗ រាយការណ៍ទៅប្រធានឈ្លបឱ្យចុះទៅចាប់បន្ដទៀត។
