In 1975, Toek Phos Commune committee Called Khan to work at Phnom Penh in the first time, Khan had lived in Takhmav for a year, and then went to Tuol Tompoung and removed to Boeng Tumpon to raise ahimals . សម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយ បឹម ខាន់ «អតីតយុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរស-២១» សព្វថ្ងៃរស់ នៅភូមិពន្លៃ ឃុំពពែល ស្រុកបរិបូរណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ខាន់ ត្រូវបានគណៈឃុំទឹកផុសហៅឱ្យឡើងឡានដើម្បី ទៅធ្វើការនៅភ្នំពេញ។ មុនដំបូងគាត់ទៅនៅតាខ្មៅរយះពេលមួយឆ្នាំ ហើយក៍ផ្លាស់ទៅទួលទំពូង ក្រោយមកក៏ផ្លាស់ទៅបឹងទំពន់ នៅខាងចិញ្ចឹម ទន្សាយ។ ក្រោយមកទៀតគាត់មានតួនាទីជាមេពួក។ ខាន់ បានឃើញនិងដឹងពីការធ្វើទារុណកម្មនិងសម្លាប់អ្នកទោសនៅមន្ទីរ ស-២១ ស្ទើរតែរាល់ថ្ងៃ។
