Interview with Prum Nai, 58 years old, chief of Popel subdistrict, living at Popel subdistrict, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province. Prum Nai stated that Wat Champa was a detention center and was the branch of Chrey Au Phnov. Prisoners who were in Chrey Au Phnov were political prisoners. All prisoners were hand cuffed in monastery in 6 rows each row had 20 people.
សម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយលោក ព្រំ ណៃ អាយុ៥៨ឆ្នាំ មេឃុំពពេល រស់នៅ ឃុំពពេល ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ព្រំ ណៃ បានរៀបរាប់ថា វត្ដចំប៉ាគឺជាមន្ទីរឃុំឃាំង ហើយវត្ដចំប៉ាជាសាខារបស់ជ្រៃអូរព្នៅ។ អ្នកទោសដែលជាប់នៅជ្រៃអូរព្នៅសុទ្ធតែជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនយោបាយ។ អ្នកទោសទាំងអស់គឺដាក់ខ្នោះនៅក្នុងវិហារ មាន៦ជួរ ក្នុងមួយជួរមាន ២០នាក់។
