Text of the interview with Chum Pan « cadre of security office region 25 », Koh Thmey village, Koh Thmey subdistrict, Sa-ang district, Kandal province. Chum Pan stated that he was assigned as guard. As a guard, he witnessed Khmer Rouge inquired prisoners and handcuffed them.
អត្ថបទសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយ ជុំ ប៉ាន «កម្មាភិបាលមន្ទីរ សន្ដិសុខតំបន់ ២៥» ភូមិកោះថ្មី ឃុំកោះថ្មី ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ជុំ ប៉ាន រៀបរាប់ថា គាត់ត្រូវបានខ្មែរក្រហមចាត់តាំងគាត់ឱ្យធ្វើជាកង ការពារ។ ក្នុងនាមជាកងការពារគាត់បានឃើញខ្មែរក្រហមចាប់ អ្នកទោសយកមកសួរចម្លើយ ហើយយកទៅដាក់ខ្នោះជើងជាជួរៗ ដោយផ្ទាល់ភ្នែក។
