Long Sakun, 35 years old, joined the rescuing association of electrical workers in 1970, the Party of Socialist Republic in 1972, and the CIA in 1973. Sakun spread propaganda campaign within the worker cycle, saying that the revolutionary soldiers were black teeth Vietnam. Sakun appreciated the liberal regime and had friends who were soldiers. After April 17, 1975, Sakun conducted CIA activities within the network of Tiv Kausith. Sakun convinced former workers that whenever new workers grasped all the knowledge, the Angkar would send the former workers to work at the fields.
ឈ្មោះ ឡុង សាគុន អាយុ ៣៥ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសមាគមសង្គ្រោះ បុគ្គលិកអគ្គិសនីនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ចូលគណបក្សសាធារណរដ្ឋ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ និង ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ហើយបានដើរ ឃោសនាក្នុងចំណោមកម្មករថាកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដសុទ្ធតែយួនធេ្មញខ្មៅ។ សាគុន អួតសរសើររបបលោកសេរី និងសេពគប់ដើរលេង ជាមួយទាហាន។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ សាគុន ធ្វើសកម្ម ភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែ ទីវ កូសិទ្ធ។ សាគុន ឃោសនាបំផុសកម្មករ ចាស់ថាពេលណាដែលកម្មករថ្មីចេះអស់ ហើយអង្គការជម្លៀសកម្មករ ចាស់ឱ្យទៅធ្វើស្រែម្ដង។
