Long Phai, 35 years old, joined the Party of Socialist Republic in 1972 and the CIA in 1973. Phai along with Hai spread campaign aimed at broadening the CIA forces. After April 17, 1975, Phai had the links with Seng Veng and Kim Sa-eum aka Sa-Em. Phai induced former workers to be lazy working, to provoke problems between local Angkar and revolutionary soldiers and to disseminate other unfavorableideas against the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ ឡុង ផៃ អាយុ ៣៥ ឆ្នាំ ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ និង ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ហើយបាន ឃោសនាពង្រីកកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយឡាច ហៃ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ផៃ ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយសេង វេង និង គឹម សាអឺម ហៅ សាឯម ដោយបានឃោសនាបំផុសកម្មករចាស់ ឱ្យខ្ចិលធ្វើការ បង្កទំនាស់រវាងអង្គការមូលដ្ឋាននឹងយោធាបដិវត្ដ និងមានគំនិតមិនល្អជាច្រើនទៀតប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
