I am Ly Khiek, a male, currently living in Treuy Tring Village, Prek Ambil Commune, Sa-ang District, Kandal Province. I would like to file a complaint against the detention of my younger sister, Uy Ren, in Tuol Sleng Prison.
In 1970, my younger sister joined the Khmer Rouge army in order to fight against Lon Nol. She was less than 20 years old. At that time, she volunteered to join the army, along with other villagers. In 1977, she visited home for only a few hours and then she left. Since that time, she has disappeared. She didn’t reveal anything about her situation. I have just learned through the Documentation Center of Cambodia that my younger sister was detained in Tuol Sleng Prison |
