គង់ អ៊ាវ រស់នៅភូមិពោធិ៍រាមា ឃុំព្រែកស្ដី ស្រុកកោះធំ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ អ៊ាវ ចូលធ្វើបដិវត្ដក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤តាមរយៈ តាំង យ៉េង អ្នកនាំចូល។ អ៊ាវ ជាអ្នករែកបានស្មុគយកទៅឱ្យកងទ័ពនៅ សមរភូមិមុខ។
