អ៊ុក ឡៃអ៊ីម ហៅ កុល សំអឿន ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៤៣ឆ្នាំ រស់នៅភូមិអង្គតាសោម ឃុំអង្គតាសោម ស្រុកត្រាំកក់ ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ សំអឿន ត្រូវបានខ្មែរក្រហមជ្រើសរើសឱ្យចូលធ្វើទាហាន ហើយដើរវៃ គ្រប់សមរភូមិមុខ ហើយក៏ត្រូវរបួសជើង រួចអង្គការបញ្ជូនគាត់មក សមរភូមិក្រោយវិញដើម្បីរៀនពេទ្យនិងធ្វើពេទ្យវិញម្ដង។
