Lach Khorn aka Thun, working in big unit, division 290, confessed that he had convinced Sun, chief of small unit, division 290, to work as traitor. In 1976, Lach Khorn and Sun took plan from Neang Samean, working battalion 290, to get ready to shoot dead cadres and to provoke combatants and ordinary people into having conflict. After that, Sun accepted plan from Thoeun to gather remaining forces to flee to Vietnam, and to collect the national to enter Vietnam in order to recruit them as soldiers to fight back the revolution, and the escaping date was in December 1977.
ឈ្មោះ ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ នៅកងធំ កងពល ២៩០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនបានអប់រំឈ្មោះ ស៊ន់ ប្រធានកងតូច កងពល ២៩០ ឱ្យក្បត់បាន។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួន និង ស៊ន់ បានទទួលផែន ការពីឈ្មោះ នាង សាមាន វរសេនាតូច ២៩០ ឱ្យត្រៀមបាញ់ កម្មាភិបាលឃោសនាខៃទំនាស់កុ្នងជួរកងទ័ព និងប្រជាជន។ ក្រោយមក ស៊ន់ ទទួលផែនការពី ធឿន ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំង សេសសល់រត់ទៅយួន ប្រមូលជាតិខ្មែរទៅយួនបង្កជាទ័ពវាយបដិវត្ដ វិញ ដោយកំណត់រត់ខែ១២-១៩៧៧។
