Kim Sa-eum joined the CIA in 1973 and was captured on January 12, 1976. Sa-eum confessed that Man Sambo joined the CIA 1973 at Chak Angre and then the Republic Party. After April 17, 1975, Sa-eum had the links with Seng Veng. Sa-eum damaged materials. Angkar made his arrest on January 12, 1976.
ឈ្មោះ គឹម សាអឺម ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ត្រូវបានចាប់ ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ១២ មករា ១៩៧៦ ហើយបានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ន សំបូ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣នៅចាក់អង្រែ បន្ទាប់មកចូល គណបក្សសាធារណរដ្ឋ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ សាអឺម ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយសេង វេង ដោយបានធ្វើឱ្យខូចសម្ភារៈមួយ ចំនួន ហើយត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ១២ មករា ១៩៧៦។
