Democratic Cambodia is facing one of the most difficult periods of its history. The preserve situation derives from the fact that "ouns is" a small country that has had to go through 5 year war against an enemy whose strength was imensely greater from any point of view. In a situation such as this everyone must work if the country's problems are to be resolved, this means everyone without distraction and as soon as they are able to be so.
