Since September 1977, the army of the "Socialist Republic of Vietnam" including many divisions of infantry dispatched from Hanoi with many hubdreds of armoured cars and many hundreds of pieces of heavy artillery with somtimes air support, has launched systematic and large-scale aggression of invasion against Democratic Kampuchea with intent to loot paddly crops is the east region at Trapeang Phlang, Stung, Krek, Memot.
