Summary / Abstract :

Although the Vietnamese government has done its utmost through its statemant issued on 31 December 1977 to mention the words "Friendship" and "Solidarity" it can not hide true stand of an aggressor who want to enslave Kampuchea and the reality of the most cruel and barbarous acts of aggression and invasion perpetrated by the army of the "Socialist Republic of Vietnam" against Democratic Kampuchea.
