Riel notes, the old Cambodian currency were lying around the streets valueless, having landed there when the authorities blew up the atate bank. All That remained of the bank was the stone portal, Suomela said. There were no buses, mall or telegraph services, and only the main street were open in what the Finn Said "must have been on of the most beautiful cities in Southeast Asia."
