Summary / Abstract :

Since the servage murder of 30 Thai villagers along the Cambodian border or January 28, 1977, many more such atrocities have happened. To date no one has produced any clear evidence as to who is responsible. Nevertheless Thai authorities have painted a picture of power drunk nationalistic Cambodians killing civilians that on the surface appears consistant with the savegery reported and has received wide converage in the world press.
