Ko Som Sovung, 34 years old, joined the CIA in 1973 and received Khuon Kandien's CIA activities to spread propaganda campaign in factories. Sovung appreciated American for providing all kinds of things, technical section, foodstuff and modern equipment. After April 17, 1975, Sovung conducted CIA activities within the group of Hao Thouren and Hang Pheun. Sovung spread propaganda campaign designed to keep the former worker aloof from the revolution, and to convince them to damage air pump machine and turn machines off frequently.
ឈ្មោះ កូ សុមសូវង់ អាយុ ៣៤ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ហើយទទួលផែនការសេអ៊ីអាពីឃួន កណ្ឌៀន ឱ្យឃោសនាក្នុងរោង ចក្រដោយលើកតម្កើងអាមេរិកថាជួយសព្វគ្រប់ទាំងផ្នែកបចេ្ចកទេស គ្រឿងស៊ីចុកនិងសម្ភារៈទំនើបៗ។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ សុមសូវង់ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយក្រុម ហោ ធូរេន និង ហង់ ភឺន។ សុមសូវង់ ឃោសនាបំបែកកម្មករចាស់ពីបដិវត្ដ ចូលរួម ធ្វើឱ្យខូចម៉ាស៊ីនបូមខ្យល់មួយនិងពន្លត់ម៉ាស៊ីនភ្លើងជាច្រើនដង។
