Washington-Eighty U.S senators called Thursday for international action to stop what they called the crime of genocide by Cambodia's communist government against its people. They endorsed an initiative by Sen. Georg Megovern (D.S.D.) in urging that Cambodia's behavior, as a "possible threat to the peace" be placed on the agenda of the UN Security Council.
