Esteened and beloved compatriots, on the occasion of the new year of 1987, I would like to with all comrades-in-arms of the National Army of Democratic Kampuchea, all comrades-in-arms of the transport corps, and compatriots both at home and abread the best of health and more constant successes in our joint struggle against the genocidal Vietnamese enemy aggressors in defense of our beloved Cambodian Nation, country and fatherland.
