I am a correspondent of the voice of the Khmer radio. My respect to his excellency Son Sann, prime minister of the CGDK and president of the KPNLF. I have learned that recently Nguyen Co Thach, minister of foreign affairs of the SRV again rejected the 8 point peace proposal made by the Khmer coalition government to settle the Cambodian issue peacefully.
