Kung Nan, 26, was born in Rormeas Hek district, Svay Rieng province. Nan was in charge of political unit of platoon 1, company 28, battalion 130, and joined the Romeas Hek district military unit in 1970. In 1972, Nan was transferred to battalion 130, Eastern Zone. In 1973, Kung Nan was transferred by Nan and Sam-An to lure to serve for the Free Khmer activities and infiltrate into unit in preparation for countering the revolution. In August 1975, Sophan assigned Nan to infiltrate into air forces unit 502 to overthrow Phnom Penh in July 1976.
ឈ្មោះ គង់ ណន អាយុ ២៦ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅស្រុករមាសហែក ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង។ មានតួនាទីជានយោបាយកងអនុសេនាតូចទី ១ អនុសេនាធំ ២៨ វរសេនាតូច ១៣០ និងចូលធ្វើកងទ័ពនៅស្រុក រមាសហែកក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ។ ១៩៧២ ផ្លាស់មកនៅវរសេនាតូច ១៣០ ភូមិភាគបូព៌ាដល់១៩៧៣ ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ណាន និង សំអាន ដឹកនាំឱ្យចូលបំរើក្នុងសកម្មភាពខ្មែរសេរី ហើយបង្កប់នៅក្នុង អង្គភាពដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងនិងបដិវត្ដ ដល់ខែ៨-១៩៧៥ សូផាន បានចាត់តាំង ណន ឱ្យទៅបង្កប់នៅក្នុងជួរកងទ័ពអាកាស ៥០២ ដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាពវាយសង្គ្រប់ភ្នំពេញ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦។
