Summary / Abstract :

On April 17, 1975 Kampuchea was completely liberated. Since then, Kampuchea has become completely self-reliant in term of production of food and clothing. The Kampuchea countryside has been completely transformed by the construction gigantic irrigation system. At the same time, Kampuchea has been the victim of a slanderous compaign in the western would. Much of what has been published consists of univerifed information much has lacked basic knowledge of the history of Kampuchea and much has been outright rascist propaganda.
