Summary / Abstract :

The people's revolutinary tribunal hels in Phnom Penh for the trial of the crime of genocide committed by the Pol Pot-Ieng Sary clique, created by Decree-Law No 1 of July 15, 1979 of the people's revolutionary council of Kampuchea, held public sittings from August 15 to 19, 1979. Over 500 delegates from all parts of the country and foreign representatives among whom where several lawyers and journalists of would-wide reputation, attended the court sittings.
