Summary / Abstract :

The constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia adopted by the constituent Assembly on September 21st 1993 is promulgated on September 24th of the sam year. Thus, after 23 year and half of disappearence, the monarchy reappears by a quasi miracle without any violent and contrary to all expectations on behalf of many foreign observers and in particular of the UNTAC people, responsible for the organisation of May 1993 general elections.
