Nhean Tha aka Sy, soldier of state commerce office, confessed that in March 1975, Chhon, working in 50-cell, battalion 750, called for Tha aka Chhie, soldier of battalion 750, to join a meeting and receive the plot to persuade soldiers to run away to their house, to pretend to be sick in order not to go to defending line, to shoot at soldiers where they stopped to take a rest and to allow enemy'sspy to identify the situation.
ឈ្មោះ ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស៊ី យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា នៅខែ៣-១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ឆុន កងហាវរសេនាតូច ៧៥០ បាន ហៅឈ្មោះ ថា ហៅ ឈៀ យុទ្ធជនវរសេនាតូច ៧៥០ ឱ្យទៅ ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ ធ្វើពុតជាឈឺមិនឱ្យចូលខ្សែត្រៀម កងទ័ពសំរាកត្រង់ណាត្រូវបាញ់ដើម្បីឱ្យគិញ ងាយក្ដាប់ចំណុច។
