Nhean Tha aka Smei, soldier of municipal commerce, confessed that Chhaom, deputy chief of platoon, battalion 750, was a assigning network of Chhon, cadre of platoon, battalion 750. In March 1975, Chhaom took plan from Chhon to incite combatants not to enter frontline and to convince them to pretend to be sick and defect home. Moreover, Chhaom and networks prepared to assassinate an leading apparatus in Phnom Penh.
ឈ្មោះ ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជននៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង បានឆ្លើយ ថាឈ្មោះ ឆោម អនុអនុសេនាតូច វរសេនាតូច ៧៥០ ជាខ្សែចាត់តាំងរបស់ឈ្មោះ ឆុន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូច វរសេនាតូច ៧៥០។ នៅខែ៣-១៩៧៥ ឆោមទទួលផែនការពី ឆុន ឱ្យបំផុសគ្នីគ្នាកុំឱ្យចូលខ្សែត្រៀម បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យពុតធ្វើជាឈឺ ឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ។ ឆោម និងបក្សពួកបានត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល ដឹកនាំសំខាន់ៗនៅក្រុងភំ្នពេញ។
