Nhean Tha aka Smei, soldier of State Commerce, confessed that Seng, soldier of Battalion 750, was his core traitor. In March 1975, Seng received plans to persuade soldiers to engage in the battlefield but to flee to their houses, to pretend to be sick, to have them shot at anywhere they set up camps so as to leak the information at the battlefield.
ឈ្មោះ ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជននៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ សេង យុទ្ធជននៅវរសេនាតូច ៧៥០ ជាមហាជន ក្បត់របស់វា។ នៅខែ៣ ១៩៧៥ សេង បានទទួលផែនការ ពីវាឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជនកុំឱ្យចូលខ្សែត្រៀម ឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ ពុតធ្វើឈឺ កងទ័ពឈប់សំរាកកន្លែងណាត្រូវបាញ់កន្លែងនោះដើម្បីឱ្យបែកការ និងនៅសមរភូមិត្រូវធ្វើយ៉ាងណាធ្វើឱ្យបែកការ។
