Nhan Tha aka Smei, soldier at State Commerce, confessed that Chheng, State Commerce Supply Cell Chief, introduced me to work as a traitor. Chheng had given a plan to hidden network to destroy state crops and breads; provoked combatants to be debauchee, to have alcohol, to play cards, and to woo women.
