Summary / Abstract :

The Indochina war ended for Cambodia with the victory of the communist Khmer Rouge in April 1975. The communist party of Kampuchea immediatly instituted a government that has become control versal with widespread charges of compaigns against dissidents ans elements in the population considered hostile to its control.
