Pol Pot has invited all Cambodians living abroad including those who fled his communist government to come home to a warm welcome, official radio Phnom Penh said. More than 16.000 Cambodians are registered in refugee camps in Thailand, and ten of thousands more have been resetlled in France, US, and Australia.
