Cambodia's Prince Sihanouk has abruptly changed his plan and will settle down in Pekin, not in France, as he had previously decided. The Prince in now retire in China as aprivale citizen and not in any way, as an associate of ousted Cambodian Pol Pot and Ieng Sary.
