Nhan Tha aka Smei, soldier of State Commerce, confessed that Chhoeut, combatant of Municipal Commerce, was a traitorous network of Roeun, cadre of State Commerce Platoon. In between 1975-1976, Chhoeut received plans from Roeun to collect weapons and hide them for being attack the revolution; and to destroy the revolutionary materials and state crops.
ឈ្មោះ ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ឈឿត យុទ្ធជននៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង ជាមហាជនក្បត់របស់ រឿន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូចពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ។ នៅចន្លោះឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៦ ឈឿត បានទទួលផែនការពី រឿន ឱ្យប្រមូលអាវុធលាក់ទុកដើម្បីវាយបដិវត្ដ បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈបដិវត្ដ និងបំផ្លាញដំណាំរដ្ឋ។
