Nhan Tha aka Smei, soldier of State Commerce, confessed that Oeun, State Commerce Supply Group Chief, was a core leader of traitorous activities in State Commerce Supply. On June 25, 1976, Oeun assigned Smei to bring poisonous drugs and DDT to Poan, cadre of hospital P-70 so as to poison combatants.
ឈ្មោះ ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ អឿន ប្រធានផ្គត់ផ្គង់ផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ជាស្នូលដឹកនាំ ការងារក្បត់នៅផ្នែកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ។ ថ្ងៃទី២៥-៦-១៩៧៦ អឿន បានចាត់តាំងខ្លួនឱ្យយកថ្នាំអង់ទ្រីននិងដេដេតេ ទៅឱ្យឈ្មោះ ពាន់ កម្មាភិបាលពេទ្យ ព-៧០ដើម្បីបំពុលកងទ័ព។
