Nhauv Doeun, soldier of Platoon 2, Company 1, Division 290, confessed that Sum Sam-Aun, soldier of Platoon 2, Company 1, Battalion 214, Regiment 21, Division 290, was a traitor. Tiv Phan told him [Nhauv Doeun]of that. Sum Sam-Aun and his networks discussed the treacherous situation such as preparing strategy to build up core traitors and inciting problems with Angkar over transplanting water-chasing rice.
