The capture of Phnom Penh is unlikely to end resistance to the Vietnamese supported insugents who drove the government from the city. Arms and munitions are the critical factors in the extent of futur resistance by Pol Pot's government. The Cambodian are know to have large supplies of infantry weapons rifles, light machine guns.
