Vietnam backed Cambodian rebels claimed they "totaly liberated" the capital of Phnom Penh, overthrew Pol Pot and grabed control of almost an of Cambodia. Vietnam radio said the rebel forces captured six provincial capital, including Cambodia's only deep water port of Kg-Som.
