Huot Bophana aka Mum confessed that Hong was a member of Via-a organization in 1973. After April 17, 1975, Hong was evacuated to Kong Pisey district where he met with Hong and had the links with each other. In December 1973, Hong attended the meeting and received the plots of Din, working at US embassy, to brain wash students of high schools and factories in Phnom Penh. In February 1976, Hong had linked with Taing Siv Leng.
ឈ្មោះ ហួត បូផាណា ហៅ មុំ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហុង ចូល សមាជិកអង្គការវីយ៉ាអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ហុង ត្រូវជម្លៀសទៅស្រុកគងពិសី ពេលនោះខ្លួនបានជួប ហុងហើយ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយគ្នា។ ខែ១២-១៩៧៣ ហុងបានចូលប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ឌីន នៅស្ថានទូតអាមេរិកឱ្យពង្វក់ខួរក្បាល សិស្សតាមវិទ្យាល័យ និងមហាវិទ្យាល័យនៅភ្នំពេញ។ ខែ២-១៩៧៦ ហុង បានភ្ជាប់សកម្មភាពជាមួយតាំង ស៊ីវឡេង។
