Above all the world's sympathies ougth to go out to the Cambodian people. For many long years now they have been the victimes of indescribable suffering. First they became emboiled in the Vietnam war, despite efforts to remain nuntral. Then come a fratricidal civil war that let to establishment of a savagely harsh communist government.
