Hing Hoeung, 38, chief of 10 houses, joined the CIA in 1973. Hoeung joined the Party of Socialist Republic and found out information from workers in order to keep Koap Samrit Seila informed. After April 17, 1975, Hoeung conducted CIA activities within the group of Hao Thouren and Tit Kung by damaging a welding machine. Hing Hoeung contacted Em, CIA agent of Chakk Angre Paper Factory.
ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ឹង ហឿង អាយុ ៣៨ ឆ្នាំ ធ្វើមេ១០ខ្នង ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ និងចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋ យកការណ៍ពី កម្មកររាយការណ៍ឱ្យឈ្មោះ កូឡាប សរីទ្ធិសិលា។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ហឿង ធ្វើសកមភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងក្រុម ហោ ធូរេន និង ទិត គង់ ដោយបានធ្វើឱ្យឆេះម៉ាស៊ីនផ្សារ មួយគ្រឿង។ ហ៊ឹង ហឿង បានទាក់ទងជាមួយឈ្មោះ អែម ជាសេអ៊ីអានៅរោងចក្រក្រដាស់ចាក់អង្រែ។
