Fighting in the past 24 hours has killed and wounded many Kampuchea civilian refugees in and near the largest of their border encampments 180 miles east of Bang Kok. Guerrillas loyal to the former Kampuchea Pol Pot fought a battle anti-communist Kampuchea at the Thai border, killing 20 people and injuring an estimated 90.
