Two of Cambodia's fallen leaders waited at the Thai border for permission to enter, but fleeing offices said that Khmer Rouge forces still were fighting Vietnamese invaders. There was no word on the fate of the former Cambodian Pol Pot, but on report said that he was killed shortly after the fall of Phnom Penh.
