Hin Han, soldier of Phnom Penh municipal commerce hospital, conceded that in September 1975, Pan, commissioner of state commerce company, was indoctrinated to join the Free Khmer by Phen; furthermore, he joined the traitorous meeting and took part in an activity of burning down houses located in the north of Phsar Thmei market.
ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ិន ហាន យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុងភំ្នពេញ បាន សារភាពថា នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៤ ប៉នស្នងការអនុសេនាធំពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានចូលខ្មែរសេរី តាមរយៈឈ្មោះ ផែន។ ប៉ន បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំក្បត់ និងរួមដុតផ្ទះនៅខាងជើងផ្សារថ្មី។
