Singapore and Chinese's prime minister meet to discuss the Cambodian situation and other world issues. They also discussed the possible devetopment of cooperative relations. The two nations do not have formal diplomatic relation. Thailand angered at plans by international aid organizations to cut food assistance, has treatened to drive Cambodian refugee back to land they fled.
