In mid-December 1990, Amnesty International obtained information allegation that security forces of the Partie of Democratic Kampuchea had executed some 30 members of it armed forces on 27 July, 1990 because they were suspected of being the ringleades of a monvement within its ranks demanding greater personed and economic freedom.
