|
On Friday, Thai military authorities ordered the International committee of the Red Cross and the UN children's fund to suspend an operation by as many as 100,000 to 200,000 Cambodian were fed inside their country. The morale of the Khmer Rouge army is high and it now caches of Chinese supplied equipment sufficient to allow it to continue fighting for many year.
