Nguon Penh, working in Division 290, admitted that he had assigned Meun, cadre of Koh Chey district Company, Region 24 to find out a way in order to lead a troop to Vietnam. After, Meun completely prepared the way for him to lead the troop to Vietnam; the Angkar arrested Nguon Penh. Thus, Nguon Penh and Meun contact was split up.
ឈ្មោះ ងួន ពេញ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនបានទាក់ទងជា មួយឈ្មោះ មុឺន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ ស្រុកកោះជ័យ តំបន់ ២៤ ឱ្យរកច្រកចេញដើម្បីនាំទ័ពរត់ទៅស្រុកយួន។ ម៉ឺន បានរៀប ចំច្រកដើម្បីចេញរួចហើយ តែដោយខ្លួនត្រូវអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន ម៉ឺន ក៏ដាច់ការទាក់ទងទៅ។
