Ieng Sary said : some cadre in village cooperative set up with people from urban areas did not give medecine to the sick people though there were medicines, some people were nade to work hard though they were not in position to do so. Some cadres even forbode people to grow maize or sugar cane around their homes as it was considered to be a sign of Individual.
