You Sean, deputy chief of economic office K-51, division 170, confessed that Meas, member of Koky Thom sub-district, used to allow soldiers to escape people into enemy's area, and he also was in charge of escaping people from the village to live in the north of eastern zone. In 1974, Meas joined the movement of Free Khmer by Yeak, chief of Koh Krabei sub-district, district 16, region 25.
យូ ស៊ាន អនុសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ-៥១ កងពល ១៧០ បានឆ្លើយថា មាស សមាជិកសង្កាត់គគីធំ ធ្លាប់បើកដៃឱ្យទាហានកៀរប្រជាជនចូលតំបន់ ខ្មាំង។ មាសចូលខ្មែរសេរីនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ តាមរយៈឈ្មោះ យាក់ ប្រធានសង្កាត់កោះក្របី ស្រុក ១៦ តំបន់ ២៥ ហើយបានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យទៅនៅខាងត្បូងភាគបូព៌ាចាកចេញពីភូមិ រំដោះ។
