The lesson Peking sought to teach Hanoi by military instruction pertanis to three kinds of behavior. First there was the continuing Vietnamese invasion of Cambodia in December. If the Vietnamese continue to refuse to learn the lesson, then the Chinaese will have to administter some more punishment.
