Im Voeun aka Kaet, working in battalion 31, Kampong Som port, confessed that in January 1976, Khorn, working in state commerce battalion, Kampong Som port, received a plot from Nhem to hastily collect foodstuff and additionally recruited traitorous network so as to open fire against the party in September 1976.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ឹម វឿន ហៅ កើត អនុសេនាតូច ៣១ កំពង់ផែ កំពង់សោម បានសារភាពថា នៅខែ១-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ឃន អនុវរសេនាតូចពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋកំពង់សោមបានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការ ពី ញ៉ែម ឱ្យសំរុកប្រមូល និងកសាងកម្លាំងបន្ថែម និងផ្ទុះអាវុធ វាយបក្សនៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦។
